1. You may access this system 24 hours a day by calling 273-5533. You may also use the main number (272-0911) when the office is closed. You must use a phone with touch-tone service.
2. Follow the instructions to choose the automated laboratory data retrieval system.
3. Please keep your personal code safe so that someone who knows your chart number will not be able to obtain your confidential information.
4. You may listen to your messages as many times as you need to. Please be sure to erase your old messages when you are done to avoid overloading your mailbox.
5. Listen to all your messages until you hear, “There are no more messages.” If the result you are looking for is not there, please check again later or call the main number during regular hours.
6. If the message is not clear or you have questions, please feel free to call the office during regular hours. Questions about lab results cannot be answered after hours by the call physician because the chart is not available and that physician is for EMERGENCIES ONLY.
7. Your mailbox ID numbers & security codes will remain the same as long as you are a patient in this practice. PLEASE keep this information in a safe place to access in the future.
